Whether you have your own plans or would like us to take care of the entire project we will strive to make the process as smooth as possible. We pride ourselves on constructing homes that will look good for years to come.
We encourage our clients to consider a labour only contract where by we only charge an hourly rate plus materials and margin, as this can work out much more cost effective. We do however understand that sometimes you may be more comfortable with a fixed price contract especially if there is financing involved.
Renovations and extensions

We are experienced in bathroom and kitchen remodels and renovations from demolition to tiling and flooring. Any sub-contractors engaged in your project we will have chosen because of their quality of workmanship and reliable communication.

Our quality workmanship and attention to detail lends itself to refurbishing character homes. We have a real passion for Villas in particular.
